Learning, Teaching, Training Activities

This activity was part of a blended mobility with both in presence moments and online moments, based on the content developed in IO2 and made use of the platform developed in IO3 as well as the pedagogical model IO5 (for the online learning activities). The activity was planned on the one hand to offer the necessary ICT and Entrepreneurial skills for women learners to better be prepared for the labour market (being employed or self-employed) and to interact autonomously with the online platform with learning purposes. On the other side, this activity also focused on upskilling the partnership professionals to use the educational course and the pedagogical guidelines developed (IO2) in a flexible manner so as to adapt the contents and pedagogical structuring to needs of the groups and/or the individuals.

In order to fulfil both training objectives, the course developed competences like detecting student’s necessities, designing an adapted curriculum from the learner’s necessities, planning a pedagogical sequence, designing didactical activities, tutoring, designing and implementing monitoring activities and evaluating the processes and the results.

The profile of the learners was women VET learners that faced the difficulties mentioned early in the project.
