Multiplier Events
Three Multiplier Events with about 200 participants were expected throughout the project lifecycle, one in each country of the Partnership.
These events would allow the project to reach the community, the stakeholders, and the policy makers, achieving the results the project is meant to achieve. In the end the number of participants was greater than expected, having just one of the multipliers achieved a higher number of participants (229) than what was expected to all of them (about 200).

Multiplier Event 1
E-Women in ICT International Conference 2021
- Germany
- November/December 2021
- 54 participants
This multiplier event had the major aim of sharing the intellectual outputs developed (or in development) and their results. Since the project aims to maintain the results and activities after the lifespan of the project funding, this event can have an important role.
Firstly, the outputs could be seen by stakeholders, for instance the first IO already finished was presented to increase the awareness on the gender gap and the knowledge on the subject, regarding the IO2 in development we shared some ideas of the first activities and received feedback to better address the needs and expectations of stakeholders as well. Secondly, with this event we increase the chance of having these intellectual outputs transferred to stakeholders activities (increasing their sustainability), an ultimately try to reach the policy makers and may influence them in creating better opportunities and Programmes for gender equality, especially regarding ICT and Entrepreneurship.

Multiplier Event 2
e-WOMEN IN ICT International Conference 2022
- Spain
- February 2023
- 60 participants
This multiplier event had the major aim of sharing the intellectual outputs developed so far and their results, although with more focus on the more recent outputs (IO2 and IO3), the first output was also shared in order to increase the awareness on the gender gap to a new country (Spain).
As said the Educational Outputs (from Educational Kit, the Online innovative platform for resources) were shared among stakeholders.
Since the project was at an end stage of its lifecycle, it was a great chance to present de IO already published and to gather feedback on the ones in development. Also it was an opportunity to increase the transferability of the materials.

Multiplier Event 3
E-Women in ICT International Conference 2023
- Portugal
- 22nd of March 2023
- 229 participants
This was the final Internacional Conference of the Project where the stakeholders (e.g. Universities, Enterprises, Policy Makers, Chambers of Commerce, Associations, VET Providers) were invited to assist as in the previous events.
Since this event occurred in a different country from the previous ones (Portugal) we covered all outputs (even those that were already disseminated in Germany and Spain). In that way we assured a better achievement of the project aims, sharing the good practices and expertises gained along the lifespan of the project.
As said the IO1 was covered to increase the awareness and knowledge on gender gaps, equality programmes and good practices. The Educational Outputs (from Educational Kit, the Online innovative platform for resources, the handbook and the pedagogical model for distance learning) were also shared among stakeholders, those ones with more focus on Educational Entities and labour entities that will gain more from this project deliverables. Also we have presented the achievements of the LTT activities with the intervention of the students participants’ and the project as a whole try to disseminate to a wider audience, increasing the transferability of the materials and expecting sustainable ways of maintaining the project activities after the grant ended.
This event surpassed all the expectations in number of participants and interaction, including policy makers, in order to influence them in creating better opportunities and programmes for gender equality, specially regarding ICT and Entrepreneurship.
