Learning, Teaching, Training Activities
This activity is part of a blended mobility with both in presence moments and online moments, based on the content developed in IO2 and will make use of the platform developed in IO3 as well as the pedagogical model IO5 (for the online learning activities). The activity is planned on the one hand to offer the necessary ICT and Entrepreneurial skills for women learners to better be prepared for the labour market (being employed or self-employed) and to interact autonomously with the online platform with learning purposes. On the other side, this activity will also focus on upskilling the partnership professionals to use the educational course and the pedagogical guidelines developed (IO2) in a flexible manner so as to adapt the contents and pedagogical structuring to needs of the groups and/or the individuals.
In order to fulfil both training objectives, the course will develop competences like detecting student’s necessities, designing an adapted curriculum from the learner’s necessities, planning a pedagogical sequence, designing didactical activities, tutoring, designing and implementing monitoring activities and evaluating the processes and the results.
The profile of the learners is women VET learners that face the difficulties mentioned early in the project.
As a result of this activity we’ll have an evaluation report based on the satisfaction index of participants.
Added value of the activity
The LTT activity was designed to achieve various project objectives, mainly:
Obj 1 – to increase the knowledge on women labour conditions/opportunities in ICT and entrepreneurism
Obj 2 – to develop innovative materials to assist educators
Obj 3 – to enhance the ICT and entrepreneurial skills of women
But also addressing other project aims such as:
Obj 4 – to increase awareness of the gender digital and labour gaps
The partnership will make use of both European Instruments and National/Internal certificates. Regarding the European instruments we’ll use Europass CV. In addition, for the recognition and validation of the learning outcomes we’ll use other internal documentation. Both Portuguese partners, as Higher Education institutions will build a “protocol” in order to provide an international certification for the participants involved in the LTT activity. The participation certificate with indication of learning objectives and a final quiz to assess the learning outcomes will be delivered before and the end of the training.
